ENT (Clinic & Surgery)

The Ear Nose and Throat (ENT) department was launched in 2004, starting with only regular minor surgeries. Then the team of ENT specialists developed their expertise by receiving overseas specialized training and started performing more complicated major surgeries, such as – but not limited to – Baha and Cochlear Implant, using top of the line equipment, which encompassed radio frequency medical equipment and a RIGID surgical endoscopic system.

The ENT department works closely with both the Audiology and Speech and Language Therapy Departments to follow up on rehabilitation services as needed.

Since 2014, the department has also introduced advanced microscopic surgeries and laser surgeries for throat cases, which are unavailable elsewhere in Palestine.
